Please call, e-mail or fax your order to us. We'll let you know what we have in stock and when we can mail products to you. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, personal check or money order.

We ship UPS Ground or US Priority Mail. Expedited delivery is available at an additional charge. When you order, we'll let you know shipping costs. There is no shipping charge for orders over $350.

Massachusetts residents must pay 5% sales tax on non-clothing items, and on clothing items over $200.

We want you to be VERY HAPPY with your Transfurmation product. If for any reason you're not, please return the item within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

We value your privacy as much as our own. We don't give out any customer information to anyone else. Period.

We don't automatically collect information about visitors to our site, although our web server recognizes your web server provider. We do not know your individual e-mail address if you simply visit our website.
